FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

If your question is not here, send it over - we answer within one working day.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. Furniture and hardware can often start from a small trial order, while doors and windows are usually quoted for a full container or for a mixed load. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the workable quantity in the quotation.

Can you send samples?

Yes. We can send colour chips, hardware samples, glass samples and profile sections. Furniture fabric and frame samples are available too. Sample cost and courier charges are advised at the time of the request.

Do you offer OEM and ODM?

Yes. We can apply your brand to the product, cartons and manuals. Where a profile or furniture frame has to be changed, we run a sampling stage first so you can approve the result before production.

What is the lead time?

Lead time depends on the product, the finish and the season. Once the specification and the deposit are confirmed, we give you a production schedule in the contract and update it if anything changes.

What payment terms do you accept?

Our standard arrangement is a deposit with the order and the balance against the bill of lading copy. Terms are stated in the contract, and other arrangements can be discussed for repeat orders.

Which shipping terms can you quote?

We quote FOB, CFR and CIF. Tell us the destination port and we will show the freight element separately, so you can compare it with your own forwarder.

How are doors and windows packed?

Frames are wrapped, corner-protected and stacked in a loading plan; glass is packed separately where the product allows. Each carton is marked with the order number and item reference, and the packing list follows the same numbering.

Can you load goods from more than one supplier?

Yes. Consolidation is one of the reasons buyers work with us. We collect goods from the different manufacturing partners, check them against the specification and load them together, sending you the loading photos.

How do you inspect quality before shipment?

We check the goods against the agreed specification: dimensions, finish, operation of moving parts and glazing. The result is sent as a photo report with any deviation listed, so you can decide before the container leaves.

Which certificates and documents can you provide?

Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are standard. Test reports, certificate of origin and other market-specific documents are provided where the manufacturing partner holds them. Tell us what your customs broker requires.

Can sizes and colours be customised?

Yes, most of our range is made to measure. Send opening sizes, wall thickness, colour reference and glazing requirement. We confirm what can be produced, and note anything that affects the price or the schedule.

How are warranty claims handled?

Contact us with the order number, photographs and a description of the problem. We take it up with the manufacturing partner, confirm what they will do, and arrange replacement parts or a solution in your next shipment where that is the practical route.

Which languages do you work in?

We correspond in English. Drawings, specifications and quotations are issued in English so that what you approve is what the factory produces.

Can we visit the factory?

Yes. Send us your travel dates and we will arrange the visit with the manufacturing partner, including the workshop and sample room. If you cannot travel, we can hold a video call from the factory during production.
